Rihanna spotting new tattoo?

2 days ago, RiRi and Matt enjoyed a dinner in NYC and afterwards went to a tattooparlor.
We were not quite sure of what they did in there and who got a new tattoo. We can spot a black spot on Rihanna’s neck on the photo below and Rihanna holding her arm on it while leaving the parlor, her neck all the time turned away from the cameras.

Next day [August 10th], she was seen at the tattoo parlor again with Jennifer, maybe the black marks we saw on her neck the day before were temporary and she couldn’t decide to get them or not. At the photo below you can see she left with a bandate, so it’s probobly true that she has a new tattoo. Wonder what it says!

• When Rihanna is asked about her tattoos she always says that they never are planned, she just wakes up and decides to get one.
