Chris Brown Will Sit Out Next Court Hearing

Chris Brown won’t be in court on thursday [May 28th] when his attorney, Mark Geragos argues a motion in front of the court seeking the personnel records of LAPD officers. Geragos is going after the LAPD because of a leaked photo of Rihanna after the alleged attack.

Brown’s preliminary hearing is expected to start within 10 days of the motion be argued. Brown will be required to attend the preliminary hearing.

RiRi was scheduled for a performance in UAE May 28th but cancelled the gig – “it was not the right time for her”.
And Brown was recently seen leaving the Essex House in NYC [May 18th], maybe they will meet……?
